Jeff Haynes graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985. In 2009, Mr. Haynes retired as Marine Colonel after a 25 year military career that allowed him the opportunity to live and serve around the world.

While a Lieutenant stationed in the Philippines, he led security operations during the violent 1989 coup attempt to unseat President Corazon Aquino and later supported security and emergency evacuation operations after the eruption of Mount Pinatubo.

From 2000-2002, then Major Haynes served as Aide-de-camp to General Tommy R Franks, Commander-in-Chief, US CENTRAL COMMAND traveling throughout the world in support of strategic engagements as a result of the attacks on 9-11-2001. In 2005, then Lieutenant Colonel Haynes served in Baghdad, Iraq. From 2006-2007, he served as the equivalent of a Chief Operating Officer of an 8000 member organization located in Japan and Hawaii. During 2008, Colonel Haynes assumed command of an international force in Afghanistan consisting of 700 personnel with the task of advising an 11,000 man Afghan Corps.

Upon military retirement, from 2009 to 2011, Mr. Haynes served as the Vice President for Operations and Business Development for Glevum Associates, an international company that conducts research and analysis in the Middle East and elsewhere.

In 2011, Mr. Haynes established Global 21 Strategic Solutions, a Limited Liability Company focused on international business development, leader development and defense consulting. He also teaches leadership, use of foreign forces, and combat advising for Camber Corporation. Mr. Haynes recently supported projects in Eastern Europe.

Mr. Haynes also supports various business development efforts.  Using his years of international travel and experience, Jeff Haynes establishes relationships between US businesses and buyers abroad.

Mr. Haynes recently became a partner at Modern Capital Strategies International, LLC.
