the Marine Corps is one of the most open-minded, innovative, knowledge-oriented, and in some ways, free-wheeling organizations in the world. The Corps’ ability to act quickly and effectively in environments seething with complex, unpredictable and fast-changing threats and opportunities would make the average Silicon Valley start-up seem hidebound.
